How do I send you my cards?

You can send us your cards using any of your own packaging. We recommend using An Post packaging, as it’s reliable, helps protect your cards during transit, and is also very affordable as it includes the cost of postage in the price. If you’re sending 50–70 cards, the Prepaid Postage Bag is ideal. For more than 70 cards, we suggest using the Prepaid Postage Box to ensure they arrive safe and sound.

How long does it take to make my bespoke frame and message book?

Once we receive your cards, it typically takes up to 8 weeks for you to receive the final product. Please note that timing may vary during peak seasons, with maximum wait times extending to 12-14 weeks during busy times such as Summer and lead up to Christmas.

What happens to the messages from inside my cards?

Don’t worry, we don’t just ignore your sentimental messages from inside your cards! All the messages from your cards will be used to create either a Flipbook, or Scrapbook, for you to look back on and cherish. You can choose what you would like done with your messages when placing your order.

What is the difference between the Basic Flipbook and the Premium Scrapbook?

All orders include a Basic Flipbook as standard, to keep all your heartfelt messages together, or, you can choose to upgrade to a Premium Scrapbook for an additional €75.

The Basic Flipbook is just that: all of your cards are cut to size, corners rounded, and a hole punched in the top corner, then bound with a metal ring clip, so you can ‘flip’ through your messages and they are all kept together in one place.

The Premium Scrapbook includes all the same preparation, however your cards are then mounted in a spiral-bound, hardback scrapbook, with decorated front cover. The pages themselves are also beautifully decorated with any card elements left over from your frame, any duplicate cards you might have had, etc. In this way, the scrapbook becomes just as much of a special keepsake as your frame,

Do you do local collections?

Yes, if you are in or passing the Ballyvourney area, then we are more than happy to organise a drop off point for your cards, and collection point for when your frame is ready. Just order your frame as normal, and then pop us a message/email with your name and let us know you would like to organise a collection instead of post.

Do you do just Scrapbooks on their own?

Yes, we also offer bespoke Scrapbooks on their own, you can find them here. These scrapbooks will look very similar to the Premium Scrapbooks which come as an option with the frames, however they will be more decorated, as we will use your card fronts to decorate the pages, along with the messages from inside your cards. Please note that we may not be able to include ALL of the card fronts within the scrapbook, however we will take different elements and parts from each card, to create a beautifully decorated keepsake.
